For licensed operations we work with, Midwest Aggregate Holdings can pay you upfront for product you'll deliver, settling part of the value of your sand before it ships, so you can get earthmoving started, gear on site, and the first load out the gate. It's early payment for what we're buying, not a loan.
These are commercial purchase terms between buyer and seller - payment for physical product we agree to buy, not loans, credit, securities, or investment products. Every arrangement is subject to physical asset-title verification, private B2B agreement, and formal legal execution by corporate counsel.
